My enrollment process prioritizes fit, chemistry, and potential for mutual growth. My clients generally fall into two categories:

  1. CEOs, senior leaders, and their executive teams; the company ultimately becomes the client (1:1 and team work)

  2. Entrepreneurs, creatives, and thought leaders in transition of job/role/career or seeking to elevate their professional impact (1:1 work)

Category 1: CEO Coaching and Company Systems

I begin 1:1 coaching with the CEO for six months, establishing rapport and communication cadence. My involvement spans strategic planning, talent assessment, board management, and psychological and leadership development. I provide both thought partnership and emotional support, covering topics from people, quarterly planning, company priorities, team dynamics, and personal life needs.

During these six months, I begin to interact with key players, attend leadership meetings, spend time in the office, run individual and team personality and effectiveness assessments, hold 1:1’s with team members, and facilitate an offsite. I integrate into the company ecosystem to improve communication and clarity with all stakeholders.

Following the initial 6 months, my role naturally evolves, step by step, with increased scope and responsibility. Depending on the situation, I work as an engaged partner within the executive team, a fractional head of people (without tactical responsibilities), or senior advisor working closely with the CEO and CHRO.

Fees range from $8.75K to $25K per month, based on the company’s stage and scope of work.

Category 2: Individual Entrepreneurs and Creatives

This work is for accomplished professionals looking for a step change in their professional trajectory. They wish to increase their impact and engage at another level of creativity. Essentially, they have reached a limit of what they can do themselves and require support to make the leap.

Clients, typically from media, law, conservation, entertainment and the arts, are ready to commit fully to a 6 month coaching engagement, making the necessary financial and lifestyle adjustments. Given this work is both life and career changing, it’s important clients are clear about—and open to—creating entirely new outcomes in all areas of their life. We focus on creating exponential, rather than incremental, change.

Fees for this category begin at $6.5K per month.

Engagement Process

  1. Exploration/Enrollment Phase (1-3 months): A mutual discovery phase to assess fit, goals, and alignment, involving 1:1 sessions, readings, and exercises. This phase is complimentary and intentionally open-ended, allowing us to explore chemistry and potential outcomes without pressure.

  2. Initial 6-Month Engagement: A formal agreement outlines and directs the scope of work.

    Logistics and engagement structure are discussed when we reach a decision to work together.
